My first month hosting the Pasta Please blog link up went very well indeed! I was a little worried it would be just me looking all ‘Billy No Mates’ but food bloggers are a busy bunch and I had quite a few entries to tickle my tastebuds! Choclette at Tin and Thyme really pushed the boat out with her creation! A spot of foraging on the North Cornish coast path resulted in a nice haul of rock samphire and her imagination was sparked – Samurai Samphire Noodles with Miso Marinated Tofu was the result! WOW!

Anukampa’s Indian take on Kids Macaroni has my tastebuds tingling in anticipation over on A Pinch Of Salt Make It All – mustard seeds and curry leaves with onions and tomato puree stirred into macaroni and garnished with roasted peanuts and mayonnaise would certainly be a hit with my spice lovers!
