Manuka Honey Glazed Plums with Overnight Oats

Warm, Manuka Honey glazed plums on creamy, satisfying overnight oats – supercharge the start to your day!

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup Greek yoghurt + 2 tbsps
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 4 plums halved and stoned
  • 1 tbsp Manuka Honey plus more for drizzling
  • Spray oil or vegetable oil for griddle
  • 1 tbsp omega seeds pumpkin, sunflower, golden linseed, brown linseed, sesame


  • Combine your oats, cinnamon, milk and 1/4 cup of greek yoghurt in a bowl, cover and leave overnight in the fridge
  • In the morning pour one tablespoon of Manuka honey into a small bowl and coat each plum with a thin layer
  • Heat your oiled griddle pan (or frying pan) until nice and hot, place your honeyed plums cut side down into the pan and cook until the honey caramelises and you have those lovely griddle lines
  • Turn the plums over and cook briefly on the other side until hot and softened
  • Chop half the plums into small pieces
  • Layer half of the oat mixture into two jars or bowls
  • Top with a layer of chopped plums
  • Layer the rest of the oat mixture on top of the chopped plums
  • Spoon a tablespoonful of Greek yoghurt into each jar and top with the remaining plum halves and the omega seeds
  • Drizzle over any honey and plum juices left in the pan and a little more honey to taste
