Bircher Muesli - Summer in a Bowl

Bircher Muesli – Sunshine for Breakfast!

  • 50 g Dorset Cereal’s Bircher Muesli I used Almonds and Honey but this is just as good with Raspberries and Blackcurrant
  • 70 ml fresh organic apple juice
  • 50 g organic British Blackcurrant yoghurt I used Yeo Valley’s
  • A few cherries raspberries and redcurrants
  • Blue Borage flowers


  • Stir the apple juice into the muesli, spoon the yoghurt on top
  • Leave overnight in the fridge (or for 30 minutes if you’re in a hurry/forgot to do it last night!)
  • In the morning stir the yoghurt into the Bircher Muesli
  • Top with fresh fruits and edible flowers
  • Enjoy!
