Easy chocolate fork biscuits sandwiched together with Nutella.
- 100 g vegan butter
- 50 g icing sugar
- 150 g self-raising flour
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 15 heaped teaspoons Nutella Make it vegan using a vegan hazelnut spread.
Preheat the oven to 180°C/350F
Grease two baking trays.
Beat the butter and icing sugar together until light and fluffy using a stand mixer or wooden spoon.
Sift the remaining dry ingredients and fold into the buttery sugary fluffiness to form a soft dough.
Take small walnut-sized pieces of the dough, roll them into balls and place them onto the baking trays.
Dip a fork into cold water and squash each ball until about 1cm thick.
Bake for about 10 minutes.
Cool on a wire rack.
Sandwich two biscuits together with a generous blob of Nutella.
Watch them vanish at speed.
