Instructions
Break the chocolate into chunks and melt it gently in a bowl set over a pan of simmering water.
When just melted, remove from the heat and stir in the icing sugar.
Spoon the mixture into the piping bag and squeeze it into your cases. Stand a spoon in each case and put into the fridge to set.
